Banbury Vision 2050 - Banbury Masterplan

1.1. Oxfordshire County Council (OCC, the Buyer) invite suppliers with expertise in placemaking and masterplanning to submit a quote for the provision of outputs listed within this document. We are seeking a multidisciplinary team (referred to in this document as 'the project team') led by an accomplished masterplanning practice with a proven track record in regeneration to deliver a transformative place shaping project in Banbury.
