Fabric Reactive Repairs, Planned Preventative Maintenance and Works

We intend to procure trade contract packages to support the maintenance and repair of our Corporate and Community buildings. Calls for repairs are raised by premises users (excluding Highways and Housing) and managed by the Corporate Property Services Team, supported by the Property and Facilities Management Technical Team.
