Alternatives to Respite Service

To provide innovative opportunities as an alternative to respite in a care home for people with identified social care needs using their personal budget to fund personalised solutions. The service also provides support for people and their unpaid carers who can self fund to plan for holiday options in order to take a break. The award will run from 6 months.
