Highways Adoption Services

Provision of support to City of York Council's Highway Adoptions team. It will be used to second external staff from the Supplier into the Client's Highway Adoptions team to support the work of the team, including when additional support is temporarily required due to temporary increases in the number of development sites, technical approvals and agreements.
