BSIP Consultancy Support

York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority (YNYCA) is procuring consultancy support to help produce the new Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP) for York and North Yorkshire, as part of the Combined Authority's duties as a Local Transport Authority.
