All Saints Roof Works

Urgent roof replacement and upgrade works at All Saints’ School, Gresford. The project involves full removal and replacement of the Victorian-era slate roof, installation of modern insulation, improved drainage and guttering, replacement of rotted roof window and timbers (as needed), and all associated works to prevent water ingress that is currently affecting four classrooms and a key toilet block. This relates to a sub threshold contract, but quotes have been obtained to support value for money.
