Procurement of oral health packs, known locally as "Smile Packs" they will include a toothbrush, toothpaste and smile pack leaflet. The Authority requires a pack to be made for adults and a pack to be made for juniors (age 6-12 years). The supplier must be able to print the smile pack leaflets and smile cards.
