Mid Devon District Council is inviting quotations from suitable consultants to prepare a guidance document to help better understand the consenting regimes and planning considerations in the determination of planning applications for Anaerobic Digester plants. Mid Devon is a predominantly rural district which has attracted previous Anaerobic Digester development.
