Damp & Mould rectification works

To carry out essential Damp & Mould rectification works across Oxford City Council's Housing Stock of circa 8,000 homes within Oxford and surrounding areas. Contractor works required will be both responsive and planned works and completed in line with Awaab's Law legislation timescales.
