Properties within regeneration scheme are tenanted 2/3 Bed semi-detached Properties. External Wall fabric is Traditional Cavity Wall Construction made up of an internal Blockwork Skin, 50mm Cavity and a pebble dashed Blockwork / brickwork external façade. The scheme includes Swansea council insulating the external walls to each property with 100mm insulation.
