TWBC - Stock Condition Surveys

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council is looking to procure a qualified contractor for completing Stock condition surveys on council owned buildings. To be completed utilising in house asset management software (logons and training will be given). Also, preparation of Planned Maintenance report from works highlighted and possible management of program.
