The Provision of Corporate Enforcement Agents for Enfield Council

The London Borough of Enfield (the “Authority”) is seeking award a Contract for a full range of Enforcement Agent Services for the collection of unpaid Council Tax and Business Rates, sundry debts, adult social care debts, housing benefit overpayments and former tenant arrears (HRA) and any other debts to the Authority. This is an intention to award notice - the procurement was run as a one stage Open Process under the Procurement Act 2023.
