SWAST-5042-HRW Anonymous Concern Platform

The South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust ("SWASFT") has entered into a contract for the supply of an Anonymous Concern Platform. This follows the successful completion of a below threshold, limited competition procedure conducted in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023. The appointed provider will supply a secure, anonymous two-way communication platform for staff engagement and concern reporting alongside a case management system.
