Streamlining Section 106: developing standard clauses, obligations, guidance and best practice tools

The Planning Advisory Service (PAS) are commissioning a practical S106 support package for local planning authorities (LPAs), which is designed to address longstanding concerns about lengthy, inconsistent, and resource intensive negotiations on S106 agreements.
