Services to support care leavers aged 17-24 (or up to 25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities - SEND) in progressing toward and entering employment, education, or training. The services will also focus on building capacity among boroughs and stakeholders through innovation, collaboration, and shared learning. Additionally, the initiative aims to strengthen the evidence base on effective practices for supporting care leavers into positive outcomes.
