Tender Process: The Works have been procured via open tender following the traditional route. The form of Contract will be NEC4 ECC Option A. The Contracting Authority has provided a detailed design Drawings Pack, corresponding Design Specifications and instructions on the Client's tender evaluation methodology, which comprised scoring against both Quality and Price.
