Provision of Highway Congestion Data

The West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA) has appointed a Consultant to provide highway congestion data to cover the years, 2019, 2021 – 2029 across the major and minor road networks in West Yorkshire, to provide the Combined Authority with granular insight into historical congestion trends along the highway network in West Yorkshire.
