Community Wellbeing Services

Kent County Council are looking to commission a new and innovative Community Wellbeing Service for older people, individuals with physical disabilities, sensory impairments and dementia. These services aim to promote proactive health and wellbeing, increase independence and reduce or delay the need for additional care and support.
