Travel Management Services Provider

This procurement was to source a provider of travel management services. NWL's requirements involved the ability to utilise an online booking tool as well as the ability to utilise an offline booking team when required. Furthermore, NWL needed to be able to integrate our travel policy into the solution and also be able to run reports and track travellers to ensure NWL is meeting its duty of care obligations.
