Tonbridge Cottage Hospital - Replacement OPD front entrance walkway and gas meter steps

Works include removal and replacement of the OPD front and side walkways, along with refurbishment of the gas meter steps. Existing structures will be dismantled and disposed of, with reusable components retained where possible. New timber frameworks, decking, handrails, and access features will be installed, including a compliant ramp for wheelchair access. Electrical lighting will be safely disconnected and reinstated.
