Reducing Loneliness and Isolation through Shared Activities for Older Adults

Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and innovative providers to deliver a community-based service aimed at reducing loneliness and isolation among people aged 50yrs plus. The service will use shared activities and collaborative experiences e.g. playing sport, reminiscence, board games etc. as tools to create social connections, improve mental wellbeing and promote independence.
