Residential and Commercial Property Surveys

Gedling Borough Council is commissioning a programme of Building Surveys (RICS Level 3) to be undertaken across a diverse portfolio of Council properties. The purpose of the surveys is to provide a detailed understanding of the current condition of these assets in order to inform maintenance, investment planning and compliance management. The appointed supplier will be required to demonstrate competence in building surveys, health and safety awareness, and professional reporting standards.
