Hospital to Home Catheter Packs

Clinisupplies have an agreement in place with LTHT to provide hospital to home packs to patients being discharged with an indwelling urethral catheter in situ will one weeks supply of leg bags, night bags and other relevant products including a catheter passport. The patients are then registered with Clinisupplies and are then supplied with these products at home for the duration of the time they have an indwelling urinary catheter.
