Batch 1 of Phase 2, Years 2 and 3 of the Greenwich Builds Direct Delivery Programme consists of 28 units across the following four schemes; Aberford Gardens (7), Heavitree Close (6), Southwood Road (8) and Westmount Road (7). Greenwich Builds now has planning permission (or will have planning permission at the point that the appointment is made) for the four sites detailed above.
