Provision to Design a Secure ISO Container & Tie Down

To meet Category II security requirements during transport it is assumed a Secure ISO Container is required as the conveyance for PEGASUS. An integrated tie-down system shall be required to facilitate loading and securing of PEGASUS in the Secure ISO Container.
