PAS Services (Retrofit Coordination) for the Delivery of Surrey's Warm Homes Local Grant

Publicly Available Specification ('PAS') services (retrofit assessments, retrofit coordination and lodgements) related to the completed installs of low carbon and energy efficiency measures in eligible resident's households to ensure they have met the standards and criteria outlined by the WHLG Memorandum of Understanding that the council has signed with the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero ('DESNZ').
