DA - Edison 365 application support (UID 137M)

Contract for the service of Edison 365 system for the period of 36 months + 1 x 12 month optional extension period. Supplier is providing license to use the system under G Cloud 14 CCS framework, and this award is directly related to technical support of the licensed system. Another company cannot provide a service to this system, hence the need to Contract this requirement under direct award rather than open competition, for means of system compatibility.
