Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council are seeking expressions of interest for the provision of In-Reach Talking Therapies, Counselling and Psychotherapy for Substance Use Service Users. It is widely recognised that trauma and mental health issues are often intertwined with problematic substance use, and that failing to address both in tandem can make achieving long-term recovery difficult.
