The Council is inviting tenderers to bid in this competition for the award of the Church End & Roundwood Green Corridors, appointing a multi-disciplinary team to undertake the design and engagement work for phase 2 to completion of RIBA Stage 4 Detailed Design completion by end of October 2026, alongside quality assurance support throughout the delivery and completion of the works through RIBA stages 5 and 6, completion by end of March 2027.
