Request for Information for Ticketing Solution/Service

UK Parliament is shortly going to be conducting a Request for Information exercise to obtain feedback from prospective Bidders on the Authority's proposed service model and commercial approach. The information gathered from this exercise will inform the Authority's procurement strategy and enable the refinement of requirements such that when the tender is launched (targetting Summer 2026), prospective Bidders can be prepared for the opportunity, and can submit a competitive tender response.
