UKRI-5296 Channel Digitizer for MuX instrument

UK Research and Innovation had a requirement for a new data acquisition system for the MuX spectrometer at ISIS, to ensure compatibility with future data streaming and support an imminent upgrade expanding the detector array; due to technical compatibility, there was only one suitable supplier
