It is the intention of Derry City and Strabane District Council, as the Employer, to appoint a Civil Engineer led Integrated Consultant Team (ICT). The ICT will design, secure planning approval, procure, manage and supervise the construction of extensions to Ballyoan, Strabane, Mountcastle and Castlederg cemeteries.
