Lewes District Council and Eastbourne Borough Council are seeking a partner to deliver a comprehensive Roofing service across their combined housing stock of approximately 6,700 homes As a social landlord, the Councils have a legal and regulatory duty to maintain the homes they own in a safe, weatherproof, and structurally sound condition. Roofs play a vital role in protecting properties from the elements, and over time, they naturally deteriorate due to age, weather exposure, and wear and tear.
