Distribution of Ward Newsletters & Leaflets

Hull City Council (the Authority) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of a Ward Newsletter and Leaflet Distribution Service. The procurement will establish a closed framework of up to two suppliers for a period of four years. The contract is expected to commence October 2026.
