To source external peer reviewer/s (academic or consultancy). The peer reviewer will collaborate with the Global Supply Chains Intelligence Programme (GSCIP) Monitoring and Evaluation team, to support with research activity (Logic model workshops, conduct some of the fieldwork) and peer review the research instruments and the next evaluation report that is produced, with the aim of providing an evaluation approach for the evaluation phase to follow.
