Hampshire Day Opportunities Framework (HDOF)

The current Hampshire Disabilities Day Opportunities Model (HDDOM) was developed by Hampshire County Council to address growing and evolving needs in adult social care, particularly for people with disabilities and adults who required structured daytime support. It was also developed to better safeguard, contract manage and review finances.
