Optometry Practice Enhanced Service

To provide a range of Optometric Enhanced Services within Derby and Derbyshire ICB that sit outside of GOS but identified at the point of examination. The services provided aim to retain patients in primary care, close to their homes and reduce the need for referral to secondary care.
