Design Code for Loddon Valley Garden Village

Commission consultancy support to produce a Strategic Design Code (SDC) for Loddon Valley Garden Village. The new garden village will make provision for around 3,930 new homes alongside further employment space of around 100,000m2 to complement the existing space that has recently been delivered at Thames Valley Science Park.
