Impact evaluation of consumer regulation reforms

The Regulator of Social Housing plans to commission an independent evaluation of the consumer regulation reforms introduced in April 2024. The evaluation will assess how the reforms have influenced registered providers, outcomes for tenants and the quality of social homes.
