Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) is seeking to produce a revised Landscape Character Assessment (the LCA) to recognise our valued landscapes and to inform our strategic plans, and facilitate discussion regarding MBC's expectations for landscape acknowledgement and enhancement, in planning and decision-making, with developers, landowners, lenders, specialist and voluntary groups and statutory bodies, and our local communities.
