Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council ("the Authority") is prepared to receive tenders for their Hackney Carriage & Private Hire Vehicle Examination Framework. This procurement exercise is being run as a Closed Framework Agreement under the Procurement Act 2023. The Authority will appoint up to six DVSA Accredited Contractors (the "Providers") to carry out the HCV/ PHV tests on the Framework Agreement.
