Family Support Services for families with children under 5s, focusing on Early Help Family Support for the Charedi Community (Health)

Culturally sensitive family support interventions to Charedi families with young children (from conception to five year olds) who have health needs and meet the level for early help, by working with Woodberry Down Children and Family Hub, the Family Hub Partnership and the Multi-Agency Teams (MAT) and liaising closely with the Contract Manager Hasneen Choudhury.
