The project comprises the roof covering and guttering replacement, masonry repairs and repointing as detailed in Appendix 2 and briefly summarised below: • Scaffolding installations, inclusive of scaffolding design • Replacement of roof covering and associated flashing • Masonry repairs to parapet walls and gables • Replacement guttering and associated rainwater goods • Minor reinstatement of M&E installations disturbed by works
