Thriving Together Funding Programme - Grant Management Service

DCC Public Health has allocated funding for the Thriving Together Funding Programme to support VCS organisations in delivering essential services that address local health, wellbeing & social inclusion needs. The funding enables VCS orgs to apply for grants worth bet £2,000 & £25,000 annually. Providing longer-term recurrent funding ensures that VCS orgs can operate effectively, deliver lasting change & strengthen communities in a sustainable and impactful way.
