Provision of Beers, Minerals, Spirits and Cellar Services

The Authority is seeking to procure a Supplier for the provision of Beers, Minerals, Spirits, Associated products and Cellar services for both the House of Commons and the House of Lords. The principal purpose of the procurement is for the supply of all types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to venues, selling the products to customers via bar and hospitality services. Included in the provision is the requirement to provide technical cellar services for some of the establishments.
