Connect to Work Sheffield: Individual Placement and Support (IPS) supported employment for disadvantaged groups

Delivery of a cohort-specific IPS provision to (non-health) residents who are eligible and suitable for support on the Connect to Work programme. Groups have been specified broadly as: carers, refugees, veterans, ex-offenders, homeless people, young people at risk, victims of domestic violence, victims of modern slavery.
