Programme Controls, Commercial & Strategic Support at the New Velindre Cancer Centre

This contract relates to the provision of external support to deliver a number of recommendations from the Capacity and Capability review. The work covers programme controls support, implementation of contract and risk management processes, development of tools and reporting for decision-making, mentoring of internal roles and capability building, and targeted support around commercial, planning, and strategic functions.
