Highway Traffic Counts

The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) requires the systematic collection of traffic data across the highway network to analyse traffic flows and travel patterns. The information will support various projects, most notably as a key data source for the Liverpool City Region Transport Model (LCRTM).
