Equality diversity and inclusion community health development worker projects

The contract is to commission RENS to deliver interventions within North Somerset to improve insights, increase capacity to advocate for under-served communities and to offer support to partner organisations to understand barriers and improve access to existing provisions or highlight gaps. This with an aim to reduce the inequalities that exist and enable more relevant provision where indicated.
