FIRE SYSTEMS INSTALLATION, SERVICING AND REPAIRS

To meet duties under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 in regard to the provision and maintenance of appropriate fire safety equipment, Wandle Housing Association (WHA) require a reactive and planned preventative maintenance for all fire systems at WHA residential premises that are owned, managed and/or maintained by WHA in accordance with the relevant British and industry standards that also includes the replacement and installation of appropriate fire equipment when identified.
